Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Lunaros. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During peak periods (holidays, major sales, new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email when your order ships.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typical delivery windows are:

  • Australia: 6–14 business days

  • United States: 4–7 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–18 business days

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, peak seasons, or carrier issues outside our control.


3. Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear while the package is in transit to the first carrier scan.

If your tracking has not updated after 7 days, please contact us at hello@lunaros.store.


4. Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

This is normal and does not affect your shipping cost.
Each package will have its own tracking number if applicable.


5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually update the address—email us immediately at hello@lunaros.store.

Once an order is dispatched, we cannot change the address.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lunaros is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  • First check the tracking link for updates

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number

  • If needed, email us at hello@lunaros.store and we will assist

Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered.
We cannot offer refunds for items marked as delivered, but we will help you contact the carrier to open an investigation.


8. Pre-Orders & High-Demand Items

Some items may be sold on a pre-order or longer lead time basis.
If so, the expected ship date will be displayed on the product page.

Orders containing pre-order items may ship together or separately depending on availability.


9. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and current carrier rates.
Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions.
